1. General Policy
Goyalla.id is committed to providing the best service to our customers. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, you may need to cancel a service you have booked. Therefore, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy in accordance with the terms and conditions of each service.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
A. Hotels & Accommodations
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of each property.
- Some properties offer free cancellation up to a certain deadline, while others may be non-refundable.
- The cancellation and refund policy details will be displayed before payment is made.
B. Halal Travel Packages & Tours
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure: refund of up to 70% of the total cost.
- Cancellations made 8–13 days before departure: refund of up to 50%.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: no refund (non-refundable).
- An administrative fee of 10% of the total cost may apply.
C. Hajj & Umrah Packages
- Subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and our authorized partners.
- Funds already spent on visa processing, tickets, and accommodation are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is due to force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.), you may submit an official refund request with supporting documents.
D. Vehicle Rentals
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date: refund of up to 80%.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date: no refund.
- Refunds are not applicable once the rental period has commenced.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Send an email to: info@goyalla.id
- Include the following information:
- Booking number
- Full name
- Reason for cancellation
- Proof of payment
- Supporting documents (if any)
Our team will verify and process your request within 5–14 business days.
